Feedback gevenThese people are awesome. For everyone complaining, if you wanna work, they need people. They are short staffed due to covid. Sometimes only having 1 staff member available. If you can run the whole place alone I wanna see you try. Some of them are working 100 hours a week, dealing with people like you. Trust me, you're not great. Good job guys on trying as hard as you are. Some people are just too selfish or dumb to realize what's going on in the world.
Very delicious food, difficult placing order at drive thru but overall good experience
Would not change my order as I wanted it as I could before, you don't know why something would change. After I had not changed the order, I asked for horse sauce and received arby sauce. if you can't do something you said that you get the rest of the order right before. Nobody's fault except the window girl. She knows who she is, she can probably not do any other position, moving too much.
Excellent customer service I would recommend that I went today and I changed my order a few times and the checkout was very polite and helped me.
This is a review based on other Arby?s. This situation is terrible. Nothing is ever right, food is often cold, and they do not try to give you a receipt if they can, so they do not get business complaints. I'll never go to this again.
