Chop's Steaks & Seafood - Fort Wayne

My husband and I and another couple went for a nice dinner at Chops tonight and had a terrible experience. We sat down at 630, ordered at around 7 and our food didn?t arrive until after 8. The server gave my husband the wrong salad and gave me the wrongside dish. I ordered the king crab legs which were $70. They brought me 2 small legs and 2 of the knuckles and they were notsplit like the server said they would be. The manager came to our table and I explained our wait, he did not apologize or evenacknowledge that we had waited so long. I asked if the crab legs were a normal portion and he said that it was. They should beembarrassed to serve that and charge $70! The manager could have made the experience better by simply offering an apology forthe wait, maybe offer a dessert but they did nothing. We will not be back. Terrible experience!

Made reservations and have a wonderful dinner. Stephen was our server. He was attentive, kept us updated on our orders and proactive- he all around did a great job. The food was delicious. My favorite item of the night was the tempura tuna appetizer.It converted a non-tuna eater. I will say the meal was not inexpensive but with the amount served we had enough leftover for thenext day. Thank you for a great night.

We've never had a bad experience. Beautiful dinner, presentation and service from start to finish. This place is a must for fine dining at its best. Not to mention, there is absolutely zero price gouging here. Added a crableg at MP and was pleasantlysurprised compared to other local claimed similar restaurants. Trolley is another gem owned by the same local entrepreneurs.Highly recommend if you haven't had the opportunity. Advise to make a reservation, tables for walk ins are going to wait at bothsteakhouse locations.

I have visited Chops several times for lunch and dinner over the years. They remain one of the best local restaurants with amazing food every time. Check out the specials they are always a treat! Most recently I had the special Club Chop salad. It wasvery good and as always I was not disappointed.

Here a few friends met for lunch during the week. The restaurant is in a strip marble, but if you go through the doors you could never say. We sat in the bar and the seats were padded and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions and knew the menu well. The men's room was very clean.
