Mcdonald's - Fort Wayne

When we walked in there were not to many people, we ordered and sat down. We brought a game to play inside the restaurant, we played a couple matches and by then it would make it 30 minutes since we ordered. So we decided to go up there and see how much longer it was going to be. We sat there for like 5 minutes when a worker came out with a bag and walked past us so we asked if that was our food, and he said what it was and it was our food we took the bag placed it down and got our drink. The HighC was watered down on both machines so we decided on something else. We open our bag and of course our order was wrong so one of us sat and the other stood up front waiting for someone to come. As we were waiting multiple people tried to get in the restaurant and couldn’t. Turns out they locked the doors and nobody could get in even know there were mobile orders being made. There was also a truck in front of the drive through. Eventually after 15 minutes somebody finally came and tried to fix the order. Eventually they came out with a new order and it was very messy and not that good. We ended up leaving soon after. There was also people who ordered after us getting there orders wrong. Floor was greasy and slippery overall do not come here. Go to any other McDonald’s but this one. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I came in September 17th ordered 2 big macs one of them as a reward and they came with tomatoes aswell as there customer service they couldn't even use the register properly I gave her 20 and she tendered 40 so it was holding up a line and than have been calling the restaurants with no answer for 4 days now Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have had a few issues at this location and today pushed me over the top to write about my experience. Today was actually par for the course. They had a lane shut down for any one of many reasons they always have. Short staff or system down, but it was not today that was the bad experience. Around a month ago I went to this location as it is on my way home. The drive threw was shut down as they didn 't have staff. I went inside and they were having a meeting. Seems strange to pull all your staff but one for a meeting when you are busy. this was around 5:30pm which I would think is the worst time to do these. Outside of that issue the one person working was very sweet. A young black girl who was doing her very best. The next issue was how my food came out wrong, cold, and took forever. Even with all of this this was not the worst part. The manager running the meeting was awful to listen to and was just yelling at his staff. Nothing nice was coming out of his mouth. I will fire you if you do this, and this, and I will not go down for this, and this. Apparently there was a corporate team member coming in to the location. I was amazed how this man would talk this way to his staff and for guests to hear. The humous thing was as he is saying to do your job this location was out of so many things which I take it was part of his job. Family enjoys McDonalds but there are other locations on my way home so will be skipping this one for now. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The worst McDonald's in town! I rather go to the one on rudisill than go to the one on lima. At least the one on rudisill take your order and not have you wait over 30 mins and not say anything. This fast food not wait to when we feel like working or taking orders. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
