Pine Valley And Grill - Fort Wayne

This was my first time to the Pine Valley Bar Grill. I was pleased with the spacious area, comfortable seating, professional service and good food. The facility is set in the back of the strip mall. There is plenty of strong signage so it is easy to find. The inside is very large. The booth seating is very comfortable. I was pleased with how clean things were at the end of a busy night. The bar was buzzing with conversation. The TV's weren't too loud. The Juke Box can be loud once it gets going. For dinner I had the wings in BBQ sauce. The wings were a moderate size. Not many small wings but none that were big. In general the wings had a moderate amount of meat to them. They were fried and bathed in sauce. The frying was appropriate. The wings were fully cooked without being dry nor too greasy. At times the wings were a bit over crispy. The BBQ sauce was really good. It had a sweet taste without a strong BBQ kick.

We have been here several times with no issues. Last week, my husband and I went for our date night and sat at the bar. We ordered our food and waited. I saw they were busy so I didn't say anything after 30 min, but when it was almost an hour I asked where our appetizer was and possibly our food. After I asked even stated that everyone around who had sit down 30 min after had already received their food. The waitress was snotty and said she wasn't dealing with this tonight and started to yell at me. So I told her that's fine cancel the food, and we will pay for the drinks that got. The waitress started yelling at me. The owner Irene then said she was dealing with this and told us to leave. I will say this after 15 years, I will not be back. You need to teach your waitresses respect for your customers and to not yell at a customer who is only asking about their food. Your customers are who make your business. She made me feel like it was my fault that they were busy, and also that she had forgot to put my order in. All she had to do was say I'm sorry I forgot your order and we have been really swamped, why don't I get you free refills why you wait. The fact that the owner didn't put the waitress in her place at that moment made me never to want to go back there. I think the owner needs to know when to say when! You have lack of help and the help that you do have has a very nasty mouth and some waitresses have lack of clothing. Not someplace I want to go to go with my husband for a date night

Best Service in the United States! Legit! I travel all over and they have such great food; however, the service is the ABSOLUTE best!!!!! Tonight I tried their Mexican and I can say,....... MEXICAN.....CAN!!!! Amazing!!! The owner is awesome too which is rare to find!!! You should come here FOR SURE!!!!

Typically not overly busy. Drinks are tasty and there are three things here that we like to order. One is the blue gill because hey, where else can you get bluegill? Another is the bacon sandwich because it is a very generous portion of crispy bacon on toasted, thick bread that is sauced as texas toast is. The third is their burgers . Nothing unusual, just a tasty, juicy burger. The place is located in a strip mall, but that should not be a deterrent to trying this local bar for a casual meal.

Awesome service with an incredibly friendly smile! The people I met here made me feel like a friend. The atmosphere is very inviting. Definitely a place to go if you need a smile!
