Proximo - Fort Wayne

Proximo is the top occupation. With Halibut we enjoyed shrimp and grits and risotto. Both dishes were phenomenal and loaded with such taste. The service was also great and knowledgeable. For appetizers we had grilled rag with chorizo and Romesco sauce, another winner. We will definitely come back. Make your reservations as soon as you can.

Amazingly placed in downtown Brunch, that was out target. We didn't make a reservation, so there was a little waiting time, but it was worth it. The service was great and the food was phenomenal. Definitely check it. We'll go to dinner soon.

I have dined them with my colleagues and enjoyed the food, service and ambience absolutely. The staff was very friendly and the dishes were really authentic and made from scratch. We especially enjoyed the mushroom ash and the vegan mushroom barbacoa. The food was little expensive, but was worth the quality. To complete everything, drinks were also really delish! Would definitely recommend this restaurant!

Proximo is a great place for brunch. You have a nice menu with lots of variety. I recommend breakfast tacos and get four different proteins. The staff is very friendly and this is a scratch kitchen so that most meals can be adapted to your wishes or needs. They have outdoor seating, which are ideal for summer morning breaks.

Very good lunch. More than par. I would go so far as to call it yummy . Very clean, well lit and smartly appointed spaces. Might have been the time of day but there was no hostess at the station for many minutes and I had to take matters into my own hands with the bartender. All ended well without too much fuss but..
