Feedback gevenWhen we walked in, the woman at the counter barely acknowledged us, and no one said a word. When she eventually came over to take our order, we had to repeatedly ask her to repeat herself. The shift manager who handled our payment didn't offer us any more conversation than just stating our total. The heat press seemed faulty; our quesadilla had barely melted cheese, and when we mentioned it, the shift manager simply said that as long as the cheese was somewhat melted, it was acceptable. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a sad, soggy quesadilla. The rice in my bowl was dry and crunchy, while the pinto beans were barely warm. We paid quite a bit for a very disappointing meal. A customer who came in after us wasn’t greeted or acknowledged at all. We definitely won't be returning to this location.
I paid $20 for a bowl that was hardly filled. The staff member tried to charge me extra for a double portion, yet my bowl was barely full. It seemed like she was taking it out of her own pocket. Please train your employees better, as I ended up being charged extra for a bowl that was short on filling.
The burrito bowl with Adobo chicken was absolutely delicious. I appreciated the opportunity to customize it with a wide variety of options. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The queso was flavorful, although it was a bit thinner than I prefer.
Wow. Mind blowing the things you?ll encounter. Came in to get dinner, only to find the manager(? who?s name I was told was Devonte literally screaming at his front line workers. And throwing things??? I?ve worked in kitchens before. You can say that?sjust what it?s like to work in a kitchen all you want. But when your kitchen is part of the entire lobby and people can see andhear you. That?s so incredibly unprofessional and nasty. He was screaming at young ladies who quite frankly looks terrified. Onewas getting ready to cry. I truly do not care if someone just walked out. I don?t care that their short staffed. You DO NOT takeissues like that out on your employees who are choosing to stay there. I am completely disgusted with his behavior and havealready moved forward with contacting corporate. No one should feel unsafe and unappreciated in a job that we all know isalready underpaid.
The steak was dry and tasted like it was days old. The burrito was very old. Bad experience overall
