They should change their closing time on 9 o'clock and see how each time I left at 9 o'clock, they are full, but they tell me that they are closed while they are all sitting in the dining room and then I even asked the girl when they close her she says 10 o'clock I said good it's just 9 o'clock why they tell me that they closed no answer this is my third time or that it is in a row

I would make a zero star if I could. I tried to order drive-thru and was told that they were only short workers and only to do doordash. wtf is the difference between eating yourself or getting someone else it? that doesn't make sense! sounds like an excuse not to work!

The kiosks help the process and speed, eating was good. not the same charm as the old days, but must survive with the times I suspect.

I'm looking, they're saying they're just taking door orders. I park at the doorstep, I wait, door bag says that my order should be ready, but no one is there. I knock, I called and still nothing. what I wasn't from time. I also chased a shake.

It feels like over half of the menu I expect from a Steak and Shake just isn't there anymore. The food is not as good at this location as I expect from the chain, and even though you have to order in the drive-thru for burgers with lots of sauce, they didn't even give as many napkins as there were sandwiches. I miss what this chain used to be, but I wouldn't stop by this location again.
