Wendy's - Fort Wayne

This location always serves old burger meat or fries. they never get their order right. that is sad that my children love unbreeding, this is the next place the service is müll and management is unfeatured

I wish it was possible to give it less than 1 star. They deserve a negative 5 star rating. The restaurant wasn't raggedy and rundown. My burger was undercooked and had condiments that weren't supposed to be on it. My fries were overcooked and burnt to a crisp. And the workers...it was the most unprofessional group of workers I've ever seen. Not just in a restaurant. But anywhere. They were throwing things, and screaming at customers and each other. I'll never go there again.

This is a garbage location. Probably the worst in the city. Avoid at all costs. They can't place an order correctly, don't give receipts, and have no regard for how they put the food in the bags. Bad training, bad management, and no customer service or care at all. You've been warned.

3 5 stars here's why: I've been here multiple times, and the food quality was always good for a chain fast food Restaraunt. Out of the 5 or so times I've been here, twice they forgot part of my order and charged me for it. The first time I came back and they fulfilled the missing part, the second time I gave up because I was frustrated. Great food, iffy workers.

If I could select negative stars I would. This Wendy's should be shut down. The food was disgusting. The dining room was disgusting. There was pop spilled all over the floor. The people leaving said they just threw all their food away because it was nasty. Stay away!!
