Wendy's - Fort Wayne

This is a wonderful Wendy’s. The restaurant was clean and all of the staff was terrifically nice. The food was hot and great. Shannon was our cashier and the person who gave us our food and she was such a nice woman! I haven’t seen someone at a restaurant who was so caring and efficient. I wish there were more Shannon’s at other restaurants. I will definitely be returning. In the mean time, give Shannon a raise for being an amazing employee!

Great spicy chicken sandwich. The new fries are a huge improvement. The re-model of store is fantastic. Everything is so clean.

Had a mobile order gone strange and did not place my order, but accused me anyway. Mindy, Chris and Kim helped. Great customer service!

The store is always quite clean and the staff is always friendly. They are consistently busy during the day, but keep the line quite stable. If your meal is always wrong, they will always do it right. Never had any big problems or complaints. Come here several times a month.
