Arby's - Fort Worth

We ordered online for 2. Said our food would be ready in 5 min. Charged to our card. When we got there, they said they don’t make what we ordered anymore!!! Waiting for refund!! Had to go somewhere else for food. Why have online menu if they don’t have the food on the menu!!

Will at least Arby's hasn't changed their meat. Not yet, anyways.Dietary restrictions: They're more healthy than most other fast food places.

I didn't like that women's attitude at the cashier widow today like she had to yell so loud about the powerade drink twice when I heard her the first time,that women needs fix her attitude,we were being nice and respectful,we didn't do anything wrong for her to give us a bad attitude!

Everyone was very polite. I came to help the GM Brad with his phone for work and they were very genuine and kind.
