Boomerjack's Grill -west 7th

I ordered fried chicken with fries, but unfortunately, the chicken was overcooked and not tender at all. I reached out to the manager to request a remake, but she refused to accommodate me and was quite unkind. I'm really disappointed with the quality of the food and service. I don't think I'll be returning to this restaurant again.

The meat was tough, so you definitely need good teeth to chew through it. The fries were oversized, and the only enjoyable part of the meal was the mashed potatoes I ordered on the side. I ended up abandoning my meal halfway through. The picture of the cornbread is what I had after enduring this disappointing meal. I had heard people rave about Boomer Jacks, so I finally gave it a try, but I was left very disappointed. It seems that when people drink, they can't tell the difference between quality food and something that resembles prison food. If they only go to Boomer Jacks to drink, it's clear they don't truly appreciate the dining experience there.

I always believe I have to put in some effort to give positive reviews, but I’m so pleased with the customer service here that I felt compelled to share my thoughts before I leave. The bartenders were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The sampler I tried was delicious, and my drink was also quite good. I appreciated the reasonable prices, the great vibe, and how clean everything was. This will definitely be a place I return to!

I came here during lunchtime and ordered the lunch menu specialties. the lunch ran about $30 for two people. the burger was delicious and the service was pretty good. the restaurant was clean and the waitresses were respectful. this is a good restaurant for bar type eating and catching a game. delicious french and good location. parking front is limited, so ready to go.

Finally had a chance to take the family out to this amazing establishment. Rachel was hands down the best server we've had in a while. She was super attentive and be personable without bring in our face, made some very helpful suggestions, promptly brought us our drinks, appetizers, and food as soon as it was ready. This place was very clean, inviting, and had a great atmosphere inside and out. The outside area was a little constrictive, but worked. Now the food I thought was a little on the pricey side until it actually came out. The orders are a great price to portion, was cooked to perfection, and served in an amazing time from ordering. This is going to be one of our regular stops when we are in the area. I only hope the other locations can live up to the same standards.
