Chick-fil-a - Fort Worth

The service is incredible and a great example for the famous Chick-fil-A values. it is obvious that the leadership invests in her personal and that they take care of the customers. I pass a litanei of other restaurants to get to Chick-fil-A saginaw.

Founding experience! tonight was the first time in the Saginaw location and I was the 20th. Car inline for the journey through. I was in about 15 minutes through the line. I've been going through the road for a long time and the only car in the line. the young lady and the young man waiting for me were efficient and very polite. we will be a regular customer I am sure.

I visited the drive-through for two consecutive days to order meals for my family of 10. On the first day, we should have received 10 meals, but we only got nine, meaning someone missed out. I attributed it to the busyness of the restaurant and let it go. However, today I returned to the drive-through for another 10 meals and ended up with only seven drinks, a detail I didn’t notice until I got home. To make matters worse, my husband's chicken sandwich was raw in the middle. I spent over $200 at Chick-fil-A in just two days and I am incredibly disappointed. This location really needs to improve. When I’m spending about $100 each visit, I expect to receive all of my meals and drinks. While I can understand making one mistake, having issues two days in a row is just unacceptable.

The staff at the window was so sweet, but when my family and i got home, we saw this curly hair in our fries! there was already less than a full amount in the container and the hair just topped it offFood: 1/5

The car this Chick-Fil-A uses for their catering orders does not even have license plates on it, how is it that so many law enforcement officers visit this Chick-Fil-A on a daily basis, yet never say anything about this?? Is Chick-Fil-A protected by the local Saginaw government? I’m just saying it looks really bad…Food: 1/5
