Chicken Express - Fort Worth

My son likes the hot wings and spicy and mild chicken strips. French frits and Hush puppies. I have to try. Food is good hot and fresh.

I tried Chicken Express for the first time. The service was friendly and the food was made quickly. Compared to other fried chicken chains, it wasn't my favorite. The batter was excessive, too crunchy, and less flavorful than expected but it still hit the spot.

Customer service sucks. Ordered food that was going to take about 15 minutes to prepare and a bag of ice. The girl at the window proceeded to give me the bag of ice after I paid and I asked if she could keep it in the freezer until my order is ready so it won?t melt and she said ?no we can?t do that?. Make it make sense. In 100 degree weather. Guess I expected too much.

One of the saddest orders I have ever received from Chicken E. The tenders are more like Nuggets with the size. The breading is sparse and and as crunchy as the fat off a steak. And to top it all off they aren 't even fresh. $22 i could have spent anywhrre else. Wouldn 't feed these to my dog. 1/10 Avoid this location at all costs

This place used to be great. They have reduced the size of the gravy and now want to charge you for an adequate amount. Prices in tenders have pretty much doubled over the past 6 months and the no longer accept any coupons. What a joke!
