If Incan give them a minus I would have. We came around 9:00pm last night to get something to eat. To go. May I say. And I believe they were in such a rush to close down. Mind you they close at 10:00 pm. I got 2 burgers and 2 onion rings. So I thought until I got home. Ready to eat and noticed there was no burger on our buns. I mean really!! We called and were told to come the next day. We came the next day with the empty bun to return it and get a refund. Of course the rudeness came out first then they said. Sorry no refund. I said ok what about another meal. Anyway. Nope. That's not my place. Just annoying how we pay for things and do not get what we pay for.
Dear DQ, Asking customers to pull forward from the drive through so as not to affect wait times is not standard practice. It 's Drive through. (Not drive through then pull forward and wait some more. It 's meant to be fast. Today, it 's over 100 degrees out and my son and I are sitting on a Vespa at the height of the day 's intensity, we 're both wearing black trying to get back home asap. We ordered one (1) 10 piece chicken strip meal and a sundae. I 'd have been happy to choose another meal, anything fried chicken or beef related would have fed this boy and we 'd have been on our way. I wasn 't given the option and it wasn 't until after I 've ordered and paid I 'm told I have to wait because the chicken isn 't ready. Just wait outside while the sundae melts and the motor runs? Unsubscribe. When your surly teenage employee rolls her eyes and insists, They 're making it fresh for you , then demands I pull forward because it affects her wait times, it becomes clear that your staff is missing the point of why we choose drive through in the first place... we don 't have the extra time. Asking customers to pull forward is completely understandable when large or complicated orders have been placed but it evident this is more of a management issue; your restaurant is under prepared and your staff is rude. I declined politely and had the window slammed shut in my face. Is this the new standard of service we should expect from Dairy Queen?
This Dairy Queen is still open (may have closed and reopened under new ownership, IDK). Got a #2 with blizzard and it tasted good. Service was quick and friendly. A very good restaurant for fast food.
Ordered small ice cream cone and burger meal. The ice cream cone was as expected.The burger was overcooked and tasteless. Fries were soft and soggy, not even cooked. My wife 's meal was the same. We both gave our 'food ' to the dogs.Complete waste of money for the food. Pass this location by . (N. Beach N. Tarrant)
