Hysen's Nizza Pizza - Fort Worth

I called to pick up. It was fast and easy. When I arrived, they had a ride. Very practical! The Lord was very kind. The food was good. I love the quality plastic goods! Wasn't flimsy and didn't break when I ate my salad. Also appreciated that they doubled on the container to prevent leakage with my shrimp scampi. I'll be back!

My first experience at this restaurant was phenomenal! We ordered a deep-dish pepperoni pizza and mozzarella sticks. The pizza was incredible—the sauce was just right, and the crust was both fluffy and crispy. I can't say enough great things about the food. It's a bit on the pricey side, but absolutely worth it!

Nice pizza. The ordering period was average. The store and to go box were very New York style vibe. I have a white pizza and the chicken stall. The chicken parm is a 5 white pizza was 3ish, so 4 average on food. Great if you're looking for pizza nearby.

Too many employees were standing around, making it feel crowded. 2. The food warmer area was too close to the ordering area, making it inconvenient for customers. 3. Some staff members seemed unapproachable and uncomfortable around customers. 4. I spotted a fly in the dining area. 5. Some cleaning products and utensils were stacked too close together, which seemed unsafe. I ordered garlic knots and a drink. After waiting 30 minutes with no sign of my order, I noticed others picking up theirs and realized I had been overlooked. When I asked a staff member about it, the cook eventually came out to inquire about my order. It turned out that the young man who initially took my order had gotten distracted and somehow misplaced it. After this mix-up, I checked my order and, to my dismay, it turned out to be incorrect. I drove through the drive-thru to resolve the issue, and the young guy there told me they had lost my order ticket but would fix it. To be honest, I was skeptical and planned to check my card for any unauthorized charges. When I finally got home and tasted the pizza and garlic knots, they were incredibly bland. I had to add my own garlic butter, tomatoes, Italian spices, and cheese just to give them some flavor (as shown in the picture). No, I won’t be returning. I’m giving this place 2 stars, all for the kind young ladies who were trying their best.

2022 Review-Pizza was delicious! I called in my order over the phone. My pepperoni pizza was hot-n-ready when I arrived. I wanted to try Serious Pizza but Nizza Pizza has never disappointed me so why go elsewhere. Previous Review-Customer service was great. I saw new friendly smiling faces. Pizza is always delicious prices are still decent.
