Feedback gevenI recently had a frustrating experience at the drive-thru of Jack in the Box during the night, primarily due to a lady named Shamikia who was taking our orders. She had trouble hearing our requests on two separate occasions. On both visits, after taking a long time to complete our orders, she asked us to pull up to the window. I really don't understand what was going on, and I ended up feeling quite annoyed. I told my brothers that we would not be returning to this location. There was no welcoming service at all!
They don't even deserve a star but only way to leave a review .I went thru the drive thru on 5.15.2022 around 9pm waited on line for about 10 min to get my food ..I get home and started eating my food when I see a hair stuck to the fries and something told me to also check my burger and no bs there was also a hair stuck in between the cheese slices I tried calling few times no answer ...they need to have a responsible manager during all shifts they only have bunch of dumb kids working there with attitudes dang burger flippers ? ? ?
The staff at the drive-thru tends to rush customers, which I understand is necessary for keeping things moving. However, I've often found that items are missing from my orders, and I have to keep returning to get what I didn't receive. This has happened multiple times, making my experience frustrating. I cannot recommend this place due to the issues with incomplete orders.
This location claims to be open 24/7, but my experience has been frustrating. I come here every day before heading to work at 6:30 AM, and whether I can place an order depends entirely on the staff on duty. Even though I can see people inside, they act as if I’m invisible and ignore me completely. It seems I’ll have to look for a new breakfast spot. To make matters worse, there were three other cars waiting for breakfast, and we all ended up leaving to go to McDonald's. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Jack in the box on East Berry in Fort Worth is the worst ever.. I pulled up and sat at the window for at least 6-8 mins saying hello.. the person inside finally came on and said “welcome to Jack in the box just a min”….I waisted my time because when she actually came back in the speaker she said “we are short staffed do you still want to order” mind you there was a car in front of me and one behind me as well so I had no choice but to sit there until the other car moved… I asked her how long will it take for her only to say “I can’t hear you” so when the car drove off in front of me I just drove off too… the worst customer service I have ever experienced 0-10 they get a big fat ZERO!!!!!!! By the way it was 6:45 am
