Jimmy John's - Fort Worth

Everything I order from here is consistently perfect. The food is delicious and arrives quickly, and the delivery staff are always very pleasant. I didn't take a photo because I was too eager to dig in, but I apologize for that!

The veggie sandwich I had was served on a very hard bread, particularly at the bottom. It had just a small amount of avocado, which was supposed to be the highlight of the sandwich, but it didn't quite deliver. Additionally, the music in the restaurant was so loud that I could barely hear the cashier when they were taking my order. It felt a bit isolating to eat there alone—maybe that's how they prefer it?

Poor service. The staff seemed more interested in staring at us than attending to our needs. They barely spoke and just nodded along, which was quite uncomfortable. It felt like I was being watched rather than served. The experience was really disappointing. I’d recommend looking for a different place to eat. The Jimmy John's sandwiches aren’t worth the rude service. I wouldn't recommend going unless you’re prepared for a negative experience. I would give zero stars if I could.

I came in to try the new Thai Chicken Wrap, and the guy was nice, but he was very sweaty, and his gloves showed the sweat underneath. He took my order with his gloves, touched the dirty screen and then made my pack with the same gloves. Yeah.

I wanted to give my order 5 stars but they forgot to put the avocado on my Thai chicken lettuce wrap. I requested that add-on and was charged for it but no avocado, bummer. That said, the wrap itself was quite tasty with a nice veggie crunch, tender chicken and a zing from the peanut sauce. Overall, solid choice. : (sorry no photos
