Kfc - Fort Worth

This is the worst KFC in Fort Worth. I ordered the 3-piece Big Box and my chicken was soggy, even though I asked for extra crispy. The straw had a hole in it and my side of Mac n Cheese didn't come with a fork. If I could give zero stars, I would. People work too hard for their money to be treated like this.

I have typically given this restaurant a high rating in the past, but my most recent experience was terrible. I placed an online order for 6:15 pm and arrived before that time. I inquired about my order with the woman at the register, and she informed me that it was being prepared. After 15 minutes had passed, I asked again and received the same response. It took a total of 45 minutes for them to finally bring out my online order, only after I complained. In the meantime, six other customers had come in, placed their orders at the counter, and received their food before me. One person even received two buckets of chicken before I did, despite there being more than 10 cars in the drive-thru. This was absolutely unacceptable. While the chicken and fries were good, this was by far the worst experience I have ever had trying to place an order.

I ordered my meal in the drive-thru, paid for it, and then went home. Normally, I check my order before leaving, but this time I didn't. When I got to the light at Hulen and Old Granbury Road, I discovered that my pot pie was missing. I turned around and went back to the restaurant, only to be told that they were out of pot pies. They had one when I placed my order, but they gave it to someone else. The only reason I went to KFC was for the pot pie, and this particular location seems to constantly run out of popular items. In the past, they ran out of my husband's boneless wings as well. I used to avoid the KFC on Alta Mesa because their chicken was always undercooked, and now I think I will stop going to this location too, as they have issues with running out of food and not properly fulfilling orders.

Poor service, went through drive thru and did not get what I ordered. When I tried to call seeking resolution their line was busy. More likely off the hook since I could not get through anytime I called. For kicks I tried calling today...line still off the hook. I figure they know they are producing a substandard product, so why let outside calls through.

Came to pick up an order and the doors were locked, although it wasn't even 9:30 and when I was not answering through the ride through nobody, I went into the window. I asked why no one answered the whole girl with the glasses and Pony dick said, "so?" The staff is just rude here, I guess I thought it was a McDonald's.
