Kfc - Fort Worth

I visited KFC today around 5:30 PM and noticed that the manager was being rude to the employees, showing a lack of respect for their personal boundaries. He had a beard and glasses, and I think I overheard someone refer to him as Frankie, but when I asked the staff, they said his name was Juan Davila. He was treating his coworkers quite poorly, disrespecting them, making them do his work, and even using foul language. Overall, I'd rate the food a 1, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1.

Be sure to arrive early, as they stop serving at 9. By the time I got there, the only options left were chicken sandwiches, biscuits, and drinks. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing overall: Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

I had a great experience with fast and friendly service. The staff were very attentive. I ordered takeout for dinner, and the price per person was around $20-30. Everything was excellent: the food, service, and atmosphere all received a perfect score of 5. I highly recommend trying the Chicken Box and Chicken Fried Steak!

Service was ok. Food was as good as usual. You don't stay in business for over 60 years by serving bad food KFC is a good place to eat in or take out. Manager needs to make rules that informs employees that customers have a right to the restroom as much as they do and to take care of their dressing needs before they come to work. Our food was cold when I sat down to eat due to an employee using the men's restroom as a dressing room and was in there from the time we 1st entered until just before we finished our meal. Had to break tradition by finally going into the ladies room to wash our hands. My young son did not understand why we were going into the ladies room after being taught so long not to do so. He's 6 years old and talked about it all the way home. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
