Feedback gevenThe food was extremely expensive. The service, however, was very slow—taking over 35 minutes. I forgot to order sides, and when I asked the cashier why he didn’t remind me, he said, “I’m not allowed to.” I think that’s a silly policy. Despite these issues, I would say the food was worth the wait.
The service was quick, but they did get my order wrong. I’m sure they were just new staff learning the ropes.
I'm not sure what's happening, but for the past two weeks, my chicken hasn't tasted like KFC, and the gravy has been really watery. I've been eating here for many years... ?
I had the worst chicken experience ever. I ordered a 3-piece dinner, and by the time I got back to the office, the chicken was hard and overcooked—actually burnt. I won't be coming back again.
Always loved KFC felt like they were falling off but I was wrong. The last few times I've been service was fast and the food was delicious
