Feedback gevenThis place has become worse and worse. The manager has blue spots and traces in all her arms from the shooting. She wears long sleeves to hide all breasts, but I went fine and she had her sleeves up and noticed it. How can she be in there to make pizzas without gloves and shoot dope. The waiting time for an order is double. If you order online,don?t order after 8:30 because you don't get your order because they close all the time early. I've been through this before. Then his headaches try to get a refund.
Lowering the stars last night was the worst pizza ever. It should be the old world fanceroni I paid extra for a pizza that was simply ridiculous the size of Dominoe's little pizza. It was Supposed to have extra pepperoni It had less normal pizza and it had less cheese then there $6 pizzas. It was also burned, to taste was delicious. Little Caesers has good tasting ingredients for there pizzas, but the lack of how the employees made this pizza is just terrible, Rate it a 1 star, Another problem that I had was that they did not answer the phone. my online app did not work on that day, so I tried to order by phone no answer I ended waiting in a long line and wait for my pizza for 20mins. If people just work and organize better than team, believe me that your job would be easier. Posted pictures proof of how terrible these pizzas actually saw...
I ordered a stuffed crust online. When I was there, they didn't have the cheese for the crust. They didn't know how to refund my money. Instead, they tried to give me a simple Pepperoni pizza worth $6.50. Don't make sense. Why should I pay $12 to get something for half value and then they couldn't refund me. Crackheads both outside and inside the place. Little Caesars went downhill from the early 1990s and this place is one of these reasons.
Make an order online and come to pick it up 25 minutes later. After I waited 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me at the counter, I say it will be 10-15 minutes, because they just put it in. I decided to cancel and leave the order at this point. Then I get a call that tells me they can't cancel the order or refund the money. I have to go back to the store tomorrow morning and talk to a manager.
The pizza it?s actually not bad at all, it?s increased in quality as the pizza huts in the are have gone down. What makes this establishment get such bad ratings it?s the wait time. More specifically it seems to be understaffing and being badly managed. The few works themselves do the best they can but with always so many people waiting you will wait 45min-1hr, during which time no one it at the front letting the line get longer. When 1 order is done, they?ll come to the front and take 3 other orders. You can see how this can quickly turn into a never ending queue. The reason this is frustrating it?s not because they get busy, that happens every, the problem here is that this started 18-24 ago and has been this way all day every day. You would think by now the owners of the location would had added equipment, increased personal, I do not know, just adjust to the increase in business. But no instead they have kept the a skeleton crew who works none stop, at an unsafe pace, and can not ever catch up. And a line of angry customers waiting over 1 hour
