When I began eating it I realized they had scorched the fried rice and put the scorched part in the bottom assuming it would be undetectable I assume. Anyway I wasted $16 on an inedible meal. The pho eggrolls are delicious. The service is always friendly and excellent. I dined in for lunch and the food, service, and atmosphere all get a perfect score of 5. I highly recommend trying the P5 Pho Combination with Thai Tea, Egg Roll, and Combination Fried Rice.
My partner has diet restrictions, and 4 TIMES now the cook has blatantly disrespected us by not following our simple requests. They've gone so far as to hide the allergen in the middle of the food. I want to support this place because I like the food, but whoever they have cooking back there is untrustworthy and does not respect the business or it's patrons. I consider myself somewhat of a pho expert, and living on this side of Fort Worth means there are limited options for good Vietnamese food. Pho House is decent, but not outstanding. It is better than other nearby restaurants, but it falls a bit short. The grilled chicken spring rolls are marinated in a red sauce, lacking depth of flavor and often wrapped loosely. The pho could use more salt in its broth, as it leans towards being overly salty. The portion size of the small bowl is generous, but it sacrifices quality for quantity. Fortunately, I have access to excellent Vietnamese food in Haltom City during the week, which leaves me a bit disappointed on weekends when I settle for Pho House. The service is good, and the atmosphere is pleasant. Overall, Pho House is a decent option for a quick lunch, with prices ranging from $10-20 per person. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
My experience at this restaurant was terrible, as the server was rude and prioritized phone orders over customers waiting in line. Despite me holding a sleeping baby, she showed little courtesy and made me wait unnecessarily before taking my order. Finally, after waiting for over 10 minutes, she called me over with an attitude. It seems that phone orders are more valued than in-person customers in today's world. The service was rated a 1 out of 5, while the food and atmosphere received higher scores. Recommended dishes include the P5 Pho Combination with Thai Tea, Chicken Fried Rice, and Brisket Pho. The price per person ranges from $30–50 for dinner.
