I was given the wrong order 1 meal was missing and 6 meals were incorrect) and when I emailed and texted the information listed on the site I got no response. The following Sunday I called the pick up location and was told to call back next week because customer service doesn't respond until Thursday. I called back the following week and the girl who answered knew that they had incorrectly given me the wrong order and said she was going to let her boss know and he should email me. It has been another week 3 weeks total) and no one has reached out to me. The food isn't bad for what you're paying for but the customer service is non existence. 10/10 do NOT recommend because of poor customer service.

It was great the first few months just wish they could of put out new menu great prices all in all great food.

I've been eating these meals for a while now. It is a great way to get quality healthy food for a great price.

Great premade vegan meals. I love cooking and I'm great at it. But then I have issues with portion control. This has helped me take the guess work out of it and just eat what I need. The food is great. I love the tacos! As a graduate student, saving time preparing meals is something I majorly value. I have had trouble finding a meal prep company that had: good/healthy options, a fair price, and followed my dietary restrictions. Somehow Reful fills all these boxes, plus is nearby and a small local business. Could not say enough nice things and I recommend all my friends and cohort members to get there meal prep from here too.
