Feedback gevenI have a question to ask. Why does this place, the only one I go to for lunch, serve Tacos already broken in the bowl? I ordered a lot of them, but they are filled to the brim and fall apart as soon as I try to eat them. It's a waste of money and the experience is chaotic. Why do they only provide drive-thru trays? Not good.
I'm not sure why this restaurant consistently forgets to add Chipotle or Ranch sauce to my Chicken Chipotle Melt and Chipotle Ranch Grilled Chicken Burrito. It's really disappointing to eagerly anticipate a meal, only to find that it's not prepared as expected. Just like their fleshy 5-layer Burritos, which sometimes lack a layer of sour cream and cheese and are overloaded with beans. Despite its convenient location, this place continues to disappoint with underfilled, dry Burritos compared to other locations. I usually choose chain restaurants for their consistency, but this place stands out in a negative way. In challenging times, cutting corners on ingredients is not the solution. It's frustrating to order from this restaurant and discover missing elements in your meal after you've already started eating.
Although the food at this restaurant was good, there were significant areas that needed improvement. Unfortunately, the outdoor lighting was insufficient, making it nearly impossible to read the menu or advertisement. When I inquired about this, the worker explained that the lighting was on a timer and out of their control. Despite my initial frustration, I decided to give the lobby a try. I was disappointed to find that the item I wanted to order was no longer on the menu. Nevertheless, I ended up ordering at the kiosk and everything went smoothly. It was concerning to think that the lack of visibility outside may have caused them to lose customers. Overall, despite the obstacles, the food was good and the customer service was friendly.
My husband and I were in a work truck that didn't fit in the drive-thru. We tried to go to the lobby, but it was locked when nothing was known that it was closed. We tried to see if we could just order over the phone or they could come out and get our card and we saw them pick up and hang up the phone. Without saying anything. You did it twice.
Tried to order at 11:45pm through the drive thru. Mexican Pizza- they were out. Ok, no biggie. Nachos- ' 'can 't do anything fried '.Ok, what do you have? Tacos, burritos and quesadilla 's.We left. As did the 3 cars in front of us.If you can 't do anything fried, you may want to shut down seeing as that is 90% of the menu.
