Taco Bell - Fort Worth

This place is not serving authentic Mexican food. Even as a guilty pleasure, it has become too pricey. A taco supreme and burrito supreme with a drink used to cost only about $5.00, but now it's over $7 and the portions are smaller. I think I will just make my own at home instead of getting this crispy, spicy taco bell imitation. The hot sauce they use is really good though, I might just buy it in bulk now. Maybe they can just skip the drinks and keep the portions the same, as I never finish the drink anyway.

I waited in the drive-thru line for over thirty minutes at 10 o'clock at night with only four cars ahead of me. Despite the long wait, the food I received was very fresh and tasty, making it worth it in the end. The staff member at the window was also very friendly and sweet.

I ordered a chicken quesarito but it had no chicken, just rice and sour cream. When I returned to the restaurant to address the issue, they were rude and had an attitude towards me.

Service is always slow, even if I eat for Uber. You can't see anyone eating in the lobby. Driving is much faster. You're cashless if you don't have a card you don't eat? Food: 3/5

I hate that an individual would cause this bad review, but it has! Just leave a few minutes ago and instead of telling us they didn't have the bowls for Nachos-Fries they packed it in a Burrito still gave us attitude about it! This economy has many jobs available, and if you don't like, please get a job you love!
