Taqueria San Luis - Fort Worth

The horchata was enjoyable, though a bit sweeter than I prefer. The tacos al pastor were decent, but I found some chewy bits in the meat. The salsa was tasty, and the chips were great.

Best beans in North Side! The tacos, gorditas, and cheese quesadilla are delicious. We sometimes drive 18 miles just for the beans! Yum!

This is a wonderful little spot with a relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. They only accept cash, but other than that, I really love this place and highly recommend it!

The service was good. No complaints there. I was attended right away and the staff was friendly. The food was not so great though. I used to love coming here, but I don't know if they have changed their cooks but it's not as good anymore. Their chips were pretty meh and not even salted, their salsa in my taste was way too hot to even enjoy. I do eat salsa, but I like to enjoy a kick and not just burn my taste buds. The torta was pretty dry in taste and the meat did not taste as good. Now disclaimer. This review is only for this location. There is another one of the same restaurant by 8th Ave by hospital district that has way better tasting food in my opinion. The chips and salsa still needs help though.
