Taste Of Asia - Fort Worth

We have been to this restaurant three times now and each time we have had an issue with the large won ton soup. The portion size is more like a rice bowl rather than a large soup, and we can't imagine how small the small size would be. We had hoped that a large soup could be shared by two people, but unfortunately that was not the case. Additionally, we found that the food has become increasingly greasy and oily, even when we specifically requested light oil. Our dishes were floating in oil, and the food was not served very hot. We also noticed that the sushi chefs were touching their cell phones without changing their gloves, which made us concerned about the potential for raw fish contamination from their hands.

I absolutely love this restaurant! I have been coming here for years and even when I had to live in North Carolina for a year, I missed it so much. They have a great variety of dishes and everything is delicious, including the sushi. I trust that they maintain a high level of cleanliness. The Bento Boxes and combo Lo Mein are my go-to choices, but I can never just pick one thing because everything is so good. The only downside is that the lunch specials now end at 3pm instead of 4pm as stated online. If you haven't been here yet, you need to go! I even bring out of town guests and they always love this cozy spot.

The fried rice was overcooked and my noodles were also mushy and clumped together. When we called to address our concerns, the staff blamed us for the food being overcooked, stating that it had been sitting for too long. This explanation did not make sense to us and we were disappointed with the lack of customer service. While we understand that sometimes the food may not be up to par, we were still let down by this experience.

Eat tastes authentic. everything was fresh and had a great taste. we had orange whin, garnel fried rice and sushi. delicious! the eier roles were a thin and crispy texture. incredible! great customer service.

When we called to express our dissatisfaction, they tried to blame it on waiting for food, which made no sense to us. We were disappointed by their lack of recognition and responsibility and it has made us reconsider returning in the future.
