Ume Sushi Korean Bbq - Fort Worth

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, with top-notch service and fantastic food. I ordered the fish hotpot, and it was exceptional. I also tried some nigiri sushi, which was equally impressive. Unlike some places that overpower their sushi rice with too much vinegar, resulting in a bitter taste, this restaurant got it just right. The flavors in the sushi were perfectly balanced. I would be more than happy to dine here again!

I eat here regularly; the service and dishes are several notches above good. I can't say enough good things about this restaurant but you need to try it.
