Wendy's - Fort Worth

This Wendy was definitely not busy, but the cashier was rude. The fries were hard and seemed old. Then I asked for more sauce, she said it was a $1.25. I looked at my receipt and she accused me of Jalapeños. Customer service and food were terrible. Glad I live nowhere near because I am not back.

This place is crazy. During lunch sat and spent 15 minutes! wait on the speaker box until someone takes my order. There were only two cars in front of me. No excuses or explanations. There were cars behind me so I couldn't get out. I wasted all my lunch break.

Terrible service! Ordered online as soon as I arrived, I was told I had to wait 5 minutes that turned into 15. Place definitely needs a facelift. Dirty Windows, doors were locked, so no indoor eating. Not to mention, they are right next to In-n-Out (which kicks their ass price wiser as well as quality). The food was freezing when I came home. I live 5 minutes away. Keep away from this Wendy's.

In love with treating me here. After several visits not on Par, today was the last straw. There's no one here when I was driving. a car came behind... I went up to wait and wait. I've got a wrong order... I'm ordering single cheeses, all of which are torn. Only dry meat and cheese. Some chix nuggets I didn't order, and they had so much pepper that I couldn't eat them, have a cup of frits and half melted frost. So sad to mark this place from my list.

Terrible place , I love Wendy but this way be done belong in our area!!
