Feedback gevenAs an EMT, I had sworn off Whataburger because in 5 years they had never gotten an order right for me and did not care to try and expedite orders for first responders (who often, between paying for food and receiving said food, must vanish to do theirjobs at a moments notice. Just gotta say, this location got it right and brought me back. Thanks guys, I really appreciate it
I've found that the online ordering is more reliable than waiting in the drive through, at least for lunch. The lunch shift seems to mostly have things in order. Slow dinner drive thru service, and order is missing items. When you call to talk to themthe phone just rings, no one answers in the evening.
Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich meal and it was great. The staff was really nice, will def be coming back.
Actually, this time had really fast service. About 2:00 there was a long line, but surprisingly they were on the ball this time. Waiting was not as usual worseFood: 5/5
Very disappointed that they served me like that. You didn't even have Texas toast. FOOD WAS COLD!!!! Cheese not even melted. It looked like someone on my burger sat very dissatisfied!
