What a funny and amazing place! it is located at the river trinity in ft worth. we were there on a Friday night with a big group and sat on the patio when.

This place was recommended by a friend and this is a great place. The seats are open and are a good environment, they even have a stage for the sound.

Pro tipp- try to call forward when they can. more lively place at a weekend. if they look hard enough, we can find places to sit while they wait. I brought my parents here.

Waited 25 minutes for someone to take our drink order. Waited another 20 for my cocktail. Not impressed.

I guess ultimately this first visit to one of Tim Love 's restaurants did not meet our expectations. The place was packed and very noisy at 1:30 p.m. on a Saturday afternoon the tables are very close together. The service was slow which could mean too few bartenders because drinks were slow, too few kitchen staff because food was really slow. The person that took our order wasn 't the same person that brought our food and we had to ask for a replacement of something that had been spilled on me by the person who did bring our food. With the exception of the beef rib (which was great) everything we got seem to be overpriced for what was received. $7 for a little cup of chips? $8 for a cup of beans? $16 and $13 respectively for an UNsmoked, fruitless Smoked Old Fashion and small pre-mixed margarita Perhaps our expectations were just too high. We may try one of the other ones sometime, but highly doubtful will be back to this one.
