Good choice of sandwiches at reasonable prices. Coffee is good but not great, though. I always order double shot latte. Free Wifi available if you ask an access code to a staff member.

We heard this place did a good breakfast however it was very average. We thought it was meant to be French? The menu was run of the mill. Service also very average. I'm wondering how it survives in such a prime location?

This delightful little cafe is what remains from the much grander restaurant and bar of a few years ago - that larger section is now Tartufo Italian. However in this small space - the quality is high - the service is friendly - the pastries are DELICIOUS - as are the sandwiches and assorted menu items. It's an old fashioned cafe where you can have two sandwiches and a cake and a cup of tea; or coffee and baguettes. I really enjoy visiting this little gem - it's like a little trip to Paris.

Ok not quite, but its next to the Emporium hotel and for a quick breakfast, coffee I find it really convenient and pleasant. I prefer it to being forced into a hotel sized buffet I have no intention of eating but having to pay an exorbitant price for. Every time I have been I have found the service to be friendly and helpful.

Walked in and waitress who clearly hates her job snapped at us "we are closing". Got a takeaway of Banoffee Pie which was off and after one mouthful made my wife throw up. Had clearly been sitting there for days. Awful.
