There were so many selections I was impressed with the selection (yes, it was alcoholic) and it was delicious. That was great. We were in a group, so we ordered the sharing plates and so many wings! There were various flavors and they were amazing! They were really spicy! The staff was great, friendly, and went out of their way to help. They had fun with us. The only downside is that the bathroom is not on site, but they direct you to the public toilet in the shopping center right next to it. And with all the ginger beer, they know their stuff. Oh, and probably not the best place for wine drinkers, but it's so much more fun this way anyway!
We used to love coming to this restaurant about 3-4 months ago. The wings were delicious and cheap, especially with the amazing sauce they were served with. However, about 1-2 months ago, the quality of the wings became inconsistent, with some Wednesdays being good and others being subpar. Recently, the bar staff have gone from average to terrible, even being rude at times. They struggle to take our order correctly and we often end up with the wrong amount or type of wings. The female staff especially seem to act as if taking our order is a burden to them. Unfortunately, we have decided to stop coming here for Wings Wednesday due to these issues. It's a shame, as the restaurant is conveniently located for us, but the poor service has been a deal-breaker. We speak on behalf of our group of 9 members and our extended crew of 15 or more. We will not miss this place.
I dig this place seriously. great selection of beer with all usual suspects on a wide pub menu. Great.
I'm a little bit out of here. the service was great, with one of the employees recommend a great beer from New Zealand for my partner. what he really enjoyed. was a great place to sit and watch how the world goes.
Stumbled upon this place by accident. It has a novel concept where you can pour your own beers. You make a up front payment plus a $5 deposit for an electronic button there 's a whole row of taps with different beers to choose from...and there 's even taps on the tables as well. You help yourself to glasses out of a nearby fridge and then place the button on a pad alongside the beer you want to try, a little screen comes to life and you press go and then you pour as much beer as you like. Unfortunately for us it was pretty quiet so the beers hadn 't been used much so we kind of ended up mostly with glasses full of foam. Every time you tap on and start pouring you get to see how much credit you have left and you can also see how much money your pour is costing. We were amazed at how quickly the $20 went but it was a different experience and we did enjoy it. I think it would be a great idea for a large group for something different but be prepared to shell out a bit of money
