Dreadful customer service, can't comment on eating as we get to eat something. my man ranked around 5 o'clock to make a booking for 730 o'clock in the same night with a groupon voucher. he explicitly mentioned the groupon credit and asked if it was ok to use it at night. the girl on the phone said yes. She didn't take our names, contact details or credit card number, so we thought they weren't busy and were a Wednesday night. when we arrived (after our 45-minute trip we sat down and let the waitress know we had booked earlier and had a groupon credit. she disappeared the back and returned with a man who I suspect was the manager/owner. he told us that the credit was that they had to book in advance. we told him we had booked. he said we had to notify 6 hours and we should have used the online booking system to avoid situations like this. (we had actually tried to use the online system, but it was 't working. I repeated that we used to laugh and were told by the girl on the phone that it was okay to use the voucher in this night. the manager said she was new, she didn't know. there was a single customer waiting for takeaway and not in the paragliding, so I'm not sure why it was so that it was to honor the voucher, especially because one of the employees had made the mistake instead of us. We went, as we said, we couldn't use the voucher. He called sad when we were out of the door. he was not rude, but did not attempt to maintain for the mistake of his fellow worker. when I looked at the voucher later, there was absolutely no mention of the booking terms like the booking with 6 hours of notice or the online booking. the only teaching was not a walk we had not done. groupon has refunded our voucher, as they agreed the booking terms specified by the manager. as I said, the service was terrible, we were blamed for a mistake from the hired. but mistakes happen when it was the fault of the restaurant, and they did not try to correct it by honoring the voucher, I will definitely go back.
We are on recommendation here. the sweetheart was okay. the ziegenkur was not terrible, but also not great. the aubergine court was blanching. a massive cockroache made a look and spiced in direction kitchen. it was not a catastrophe, but under the average for your local Indian.
Went in for a feed to avoid tips-hour traffic on the way to home. very quiet with just a few customers that is strange how to eat and service was beyond the accusations. we had the chicken tikka and the lamb corma. the meat fell. in our mouth and the whole conversation stopped besides moans of pleasure and comments like, oh gott this is good. the trip is worth finding this place.
This restaurant deserves more recognition. Despite being located in a busy area of the Valley, we were the only customers on a Saturday night. The service was friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. We enjoyed the beef korma, butter chicken, and a delightful falooda for dessert. The quality of the food was excellent and it is definitely worth a visit for anyone who enjoys Indian cuisine.
