The Espresso Doctor - Fortitude Valley

I stumbled upon this restaurant after having breakfast at the Dot and Dash. I decided to stop in for a cup of coffee and take a break. It may have been too early for this espresso bar, as I was the only customer there. The coffee was decent and suited my taste. I was impressed to see them putting prosciutto in their croissants. I think this place is worth returning to for their gourmet food. I would give it a rating of 3.5 out of 5.

Focused and Great at What They Do. Awesome coffee and excellent friendly service. Coffee made with care and attention I am quite demanding and am seldom disappointed at Tonic. Wine list is tight and well selected.

Best Coffee in the area. A lot of love and a great blend goes into this coffee. On par price for an exceptional brew. Shame they close at 3pm though. The main barrister Matt makes the best coffee and even when the girls brew your coffee it isnt too bad.

Awesome. Cool, funky, industrial feel without the gritty grunginess some places try to sell their cool as. Coffee great and atmosphere is just right. Quite and out of the way a hidden gem.
