Safeway Liquor - Fortuna

From my customer order there were 5 items and this store was of 2 of them. This is terrible Safeway

Fraud Tripple loaded. I gave my credit card back. Loaded three times within minutes for the same items at the same checkout. Errors related to the deal on mineral water and was said to have the card charged for any mistake. The manager said that the second transaction could not be found, but the company submitted me the bank account of the transaction with the delivery of goods. But three fees within minutes for the same article! They won't look at all three charges to see the healthy sense. Hundreds of dollars and a month later, hours were invested in the nightmare. After decades of the customer, my trust is lost.

That's probably one of the worst safeways I've ever been. The bakery has hardly anything to do with it. The lines are always too long and the biggest problem is that customer service is terrible. I just met a few very nice people working there. Most workers hardly recognize you when I check out and my food is never really bagged. You've always put too much stuff in your pockets and are too heavy. Safeway in Eureka is so much better, but as I live near this, I am at the end of shopping. I usually try to get in and out as soon as possible.

I live pretty close to this place, so I often buy here. While the price points are slightly higher than I prefer (Winco prices are better) I am delighted to be a little more at home for convenience and have bagged my stuff for me. There are many employees who have been working at Fortuna for years, and I love seeing familiar faces almost every time I go in. The staff is so friendly! The current manager, Ariel, is the sweetest. She always says hello when I see her in the store, always asks if I found everything I needed, and if I don't, she offers me to check the back or show me where he is. She really cares about doing her job well and it shows. This place continues to increase the amount of organic and health food they carry, and I love that! Your product section has a convenience shelf where I can buy things like pre-sold vegetables and pico de gallo, which I appreciate. You also have a greatly reduced shelf on the back of the store through the customer's storage room, where you can buy heavily discounted items that are either from the season, have some small imperfection, or had opened the outer packaging. I am so glad to have a safeway here in town and always appreciate the service I have provided.

They also have a heavily discounted shelf at the back of the store by the customer restroom where you can buy heavily discounted items that are either out of season, have some small imperfection, or had the outer packaging opened. I'm so happy to have a Safeway here in town, and always appreciate the service I'm provided.
