Trabocco Punta Punciosa - Fossacesia

To be fair our night already wasn’t off to a great start because nor when booking, nor when checking the website we were supplied with any instructions about how to get there and where to park. We ended up calling them, they directed us to a parking spot and then a very steep concrete path led down to the trabocco. Anyone who fancies wearing heels; you are warned! Location itself is fantastic and prices are honest for the amount of food they serve. However, if you want to eat really good seafood, you will be disappointed here. Food was ok, but not more than that. Service was miserable. The few available waiters seemed to mostly be available to other (regular? clients. Tables that came in over an hour after us finished more than half an hour before us whilst we were still looking at our finished plates that were not taken away. Good service can make up for ok food and really good food can make up for so so service. This place unfortunately on the night we were there didn’t excel at any of them.

Lots of exceptional seafood and a wonderful setting! We booked spontaneously just for the experience on the trabocco and were blown away!

Il menu è fisso e più o meno c'è bisogno che tutti gli ospiti arrivino allo stesso tempo. Alcuni piatti erano davvero deliziosi, altri, come dessert o secondi, lasciati a desiderare. acqua e vino inclusi. nonostante non fosse una cena e lode, sono stato premiato dall'esperienza romantica e bella che può dare questa piccola sorpresa!

Il proprietario, oltre a tutto il resto, sa come andare in monorotaia.
