Excellent experience for a business lunch. The environment is ancient and refined, the service is first-rate, the lunch menu is adequate, with the possibility of choosing the ingredients of the bowl, with choices for carnivores, vegetarians and vegans. The wine is excellent, both still and with bubbles, after all we are in Piedmont, of course.

What an atmosphere you can enjoy with €2 for a coffee and a glass of water

4€ for a tea that had nothing special, indeed. Prices in general too high. An absurd heat inside the premises, we had to ask if the heating could be lowered.

Local that has opened with a new management and that is also a bistró. The structure inside has had very few modernizations but the menu has been completely revised and changed. My reach, a mega toast madame croquet, was delicate, tasty and not greased despite fried. Beautiful background music but perhaps a little volume for my tastes; the costs, given the service and also the amount of the courses are more than adequate.
