Feedback gevenThis pizza restaurant is good and above all comfortable. For example, for Valentine's Day they have a nice and quality menu as in the photo, price of dinner (two people) €45.00 excluding drinks. Make a reservation as it is always full at these events.
We were there last night with friends... we were about fifteen people including children. We sat down at 9pm and ordered canapes. After at least half an hour they came to take our orders. After a while they told us they didn't have enough bread and offered us some white pizzas with various toppings: they were really good but they were brought around 10.15pm. The pizzas and the rest we had ordered arrived at 11.15pm, so much so that some didn't finish them or even refused the meal because their hunger had passed. Nothing to say about the quality of the pizza because it was really good, but the waiting times and ultimately the price were not at all satisfactory, even considering that there were children.
Pizzeria restaurant near Fossa di Vico. The location is very nice. Quiet and well kept. Both the restaurant and the pizza are fabulous. They also have very, very good products for celiac patients. The staff from the chef to the pizza chef to the waitress are fantastic. Very kind, helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!!!
We book the day before for the following one for a table for 19 people including 8 children. We arrive at 9pm. Empty place. We ask for mixed crostini for everyone and then 13 pizzas, 1 sliced with salad, 1 plate of pasta with meat sauce and 1 ravioli with butter and sage. The lady tells us that she doesn 't have the bread to make croutons for 19 people. At this news I would have gotten up and left... But let 's move on.... He offers us the mixed caliper. We can only accept. After 1 hour and 40 minutes of waiting the starter arrives. We point out to the lady that there are 8 children and that it would be appropriate to at least start with their dishes... At 11pm the plate of pasta with meat sauce and the plate of ravioli arrive and they look anything but tempting: we discover that they are not filled of ricotta and spinach but they are more similar to the version filled with Giovanni Rana 's speck!!! Having said this, the lady who heard an obvious buzz of complaints comes out and specifies that they do all express things and that the wait is due to this reason and that if we didn 't want to wait we had to order what we wanted when booking so she would have it for us. made ready. We all look at each other in amazement, wondering since when the pizza has been ordered the day before ... We are all very disappointed and there are those who cancel the order of the cut because it is unthinkable to eat the cut at 11.30pm after waiting for 2 and a half hours!! Having said that, the pizzas arrive at 11pm and most of the group is no longer hungry and asks for a box to take them away. The lady is keen to reiterate once again that a group of 19 people cannot expect to have a speedy service.... We bite our tongues and get angry even though the lady 's rudeness and inappropriateness really reign supreme... Having said this, we let 's do the calculation.. 280 euros!!!! But what 's even more serious is that he presents us with a non-fiscal receipt where it doesn 't detail what we ordered with the relative price but it says pizza menu for 19 and the total. The men jokingly ask the lady to offer them at least a bitter but the lady says I have already given you a discount ... I think any further comment is superfluous... A truly serious disservice associated with zero humility... Yes specifies that the pizza chef was absent (or the place was closed and the lady opened it given the reservation of 20 people? and two handyman waitresses improvised as pizza chefs!!!!! A nightmare!!! Ah.... The pizza was good
Regarding the last review and the response.. there is nothing worse than not admitting your shortcomings. If a restaurant offers a menu with different choices it must be organized and prepared for customer requests... even if they choose 20 different things. There was obviously a deficiency in management. Among other things, there was no round of bitters...in fact...only one bitter was offered. Furthermore, saying that 19 pizza menus were brought, we also understood that they also counted two children who didn't eat at all and the meat which was refused given the late hour; and then the bill wasn't even detailed. I don't understand who the children were bothering since the place was empty! However, we will treasure this experience so as not to come across it again!
