Little Caesars Pizza - Fostoria

I called the Fostoria Little Ceasars 3 different times to run and no one responded to the phone... so I go there my order and they tell me that it didn't work phone so that I immediately called out my phone and the phone worked perfectly smh!!! I've also been there to pick up and ring the phone and they'd scream out not to answer the phone... not good.

This is now the second time that I have made an online order and it will continue to be grounded. My first time was about a month ago, I ordered half and half something, and they were both over the entire pizza instead. (Not a big deal) . I also ordered before the time and appeared later when it was assumed to be done? not yet done when I appeared 15 minutes later. The second time is today, I ordered my dinner at 3:30 to be picked up at 4:45 knowing I won?t descend until 5 so they have plenty of time to get it done and even gave them additional 20 minutes because I had to wait last time. I come here at 5:10 and my order is completely lost and they have to give it back. I will no longer give my business to this place, as the workers are unable to do their work properly and are more concerned about laying in the kitchen with their employees.

Yesterday we were here because it was a bit quick. It took over 20 minutes to get my food when everything I ordered was hot and finished pizza and bread sticks. The two cars in front of me also got simple orders. There were two cars behind me that went because they took too long. I finally got onto the window and the lady was confused and asked if I had an online order and I said no I ordered by the drive thru and she said oh. Probably because someone else took my order. Ordered an EMB pizza (especially best), waited 20 minutes, and got that.. I suppose that's not extra pepperoni.

Sat in drive thru almost 30 min..3 cars ahead...maybe consider drive thru for hot and ready items and refer everyone placing special orders to lobby pick up...other wise employees nice and good good..just need to speed up ur drive thru which is why I usually never order there.
