Haute Sève - Fougères

Exceptional food quality and presentation, great service, great value at the price. this is a hidden gem, how to inexpensive high quality foods.

Our tour of the countryside was completed by a stop in Fougeres, France at Le Haute Seve, where we enjoyed a memorable evening. The decor is interesting, modern and quirky, and the food was quite delicious, presented beautifully by our amazing server Adrian. (not sure...of the spelling of his name). Overall, quite delightful! We ordered three different fish entrees, each with a seasoning and vegetable enhancement. The deserts were also spectacular-the best ever creme brulee and an apple tart with fresh Granny Smith apple sorbet. I am in heaven!

Flat really very good! Probably the best restaurant in my history. On the other hand, I don't like the decoration at all.

Pleasant setting, a medium service, a very elaborate kitchen, research in tastes and flavors. an excellent meal as a whole, a feast for the eyes and taste buds, perfect. a high-level leader!
