Baskin Robbins - Fountain Valley

We visited this restaurant with a large group and ended up spending nearly $100. I ordered a mint chocolate chip shake, but when I tried to explain to the lady that there was too much milk and I couldn't taste the mint, she started yelling at me, insisting that's how it's made. I told her it was fine, but she kept stressing how busy she was. I've never seen a mint shake that wasn't even green! I will never come back here again. I really wouldn’t give it even one star, but I had to select one in order to leave my review!

I just got off the phone after simply asking for help finding a chocolate cake that they have pre-made and the lady completely cut me off telling me she couldn?t help me because she was too busy to help me out and ended with ?K bye? and hung up. It?s my first time ordering from this location and I don?t think I?ll be calling again.

We stopped by at 10 PM to wrap up a fantastic 4th of July weekend that concluded on Monday, July 5. According to Google, BR closes at midnight, but I mistakenly thought the Main St location was the same as Magnolia and Talbert. The BR employee, June, was preparing to close and had just turned off the OPEN sign. She kindly offered to take our order quickly, which we really appreciated.

I typically enjoy Baskin-Robbins, and I've visited this location several times. However, each visit seems to feature a different employee. This time, my milkshake wasn't blended properly, and we were the only customers there, so the staff member wasn't busy. I really think it would help if the employees received better training.

June was definitely a sweetheart. I had a cake back in May and I can say that I've never had a cake that tasted any better. The ice cream was phenomenal, the location definitely was my favorite out of all the ones I have been in Orange County. The shop was very welcoming with June working, the most sweetest and passionate person can be for her job. Definitely will be ordering here from now on even if it is 10 more minutes away from my nearest location!
