Starbucks - Fountain Valley

Typical place to get a coffee or tea except there are street people that sit out front at the tables.

Ordered regular coffee with creamer size venti. Coffee was room temperature cold. Ordered the same type at other Starbucks but they were never this cold. Feel like I was drinking the left over coffee of the day.

The worst, dirtiest Starbucks I've ever been too. There was sticky residue and trash all over the floor, and old drinks on the counter. The snotty teenage girl behind the counter couldn't take her eyes off her phone for 5 minutes to actually look at us while she took our order and the espresso is burnt so bad I can barely drink it. They were out of all the seasonal drinks and the sad excuse for a latte I received tastes like trash. I would literally drive half an hour out of my way to go to any other Starbucks than this one.

Margaret is an absolute gem. The first time I came here was for a cup of hot chocolate, and during the order she was so friendly and giving out recommendations for all the different types of hot chocolates I could probably get. This second time I went for a hot mocha drink and she remembered and asked me, what hot chocolate drink are you going for this time? For sure my new favorite location for starbucks drinks. Definitely coming here from now on.
