Starbucks - Fountain Valley

Love it but the tipping option makes me feel uncomfortable. Also the drinks are full of sugar and not strong enough.Btw this applies to all Starbucks NOT just this one.Dietary restrictions: They need stronger larger coffee and more zero sugar options.

Sean the on sight manager this morning was incredibly Rude and judgmental. I left this place crying because of him this morning, I went in used the restroom ... he pounded on the door because to him I suppose I was taking to long . I walked out I asked him what that was about no one answered me just completely ignored my question . I ordered my chi tea and while I waited Sean came back out brim the Back Door I 'm sure you will like that one Sean .... I asked him again he answered with a smiling look in his face it 's policy I said oh okay . He made my tea called my name I got my tea from him I said thank you have a good day , he again just looked at me with a smug look in his face and didn 't say a word but the gentleman behind me getting his order said thank you have a good day right after I did and Sean was very kind to him and kindly said have a good day your welcome to the gentleman. If that 's not discrimination!!!! Sean you will be hearing from corporate.

Very friendly staff! During the 50% off promo period, they were slammed with orders but the baristas were efficient and helpful. Great selection of holiday merch here as well as the regular Starbucks merch, including the Been There series: LA and California mugs.

Ordered online picked up within five minutes. Very fast service here. Also, picked up some of their nice holiday tumblers?

I 've come here twice, and both experiences were not pleasant due to the tall reddish-blonde with ear pierced batista guy.My first encounter with him was when I asked for the tray to hold my 6 drinks. It was dramatic of him to hand out the trays. I was shocked, and the lady next to me was too. We both laughed.Earlier, I ordered 3 drinks. There was only one girl making all the drinks while the others were standing the opposite end talking. Two of my drinks already made, and I waited for my third. She made 4 other drinks before mine, which was fine because she was making them by the order and she was the only one working. When I saw mine being done, and it just happen the same tall, reddish-blonde, ear pierced batista came over. I spoke up and said, These two are mine, and I 'm waiting for my third one. I think it 's on the counter over there. His sarcastic comment and his demeaning tone of how busy the place was, was annoying. Then I asked for the tray...oh my...the tray. So theatrical.
