Starbucks - Fountain Valley

The customer service here is excellent. The staff manages to handle the busy atmosphere while still providing high-quality service. However, the location presents a challenge. Arriving before 2 PM can be difficult due to the intense sunlight hitting the exterior. On the bright side, this Starbucks has a spacious parking lot, though it lacks a drive-thru. It's situated in the far corner of the Costco town center. Once the sun moves on, the ambiance is pleasant, and the crowd thins out. One area that could use some improvement is the restrooms, which need a bit more upkeep.

I had an experience at this restaurant that left me quite surprised. The server, who had a nose piercing, seemed indifferent during my visit. This was my second time there, and her lack of personality really stood out to me. I ordered several items, and after finishing each one, she would immediately give me the total. Even if she wasn't fond of me, I think a smile would have helped improve the atmosphere. Overall, it just didn't feel like the right fit for her.

I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this restaurant. I spent about $25 there and asked to use the restroom. The employee informed me that it was closed for the day, and the other restroom was only for staff. In a moment of urgency, I asked another employee if I could use it, but he responded rudely, suggesting "there are plenty of other places you could go." I found that comment unnecessary and a reflection of poor customer service—exactly the opposite of what I expected when I chose to visit. This is the first time I've encountered such unprofessional behavior from employees at a Starbucks. They lacked basic human decency, and I will not be returning. I hope they realize the impact of their actions.

Drinks always on point, customer service good... But can be very understaffed and slow at times. I do dislike that they don't take mobile orders certain days and times, makes it very inconvenient these days esp. with no drive thru at a busy location.

I ordered 2 tall blondes hot coffees one with raw sugar , one with half and half. Both coffees are ice cold. Not warm. Not room temp. Cold.
