The beef was good, but the plates were all really small. The wagyu I thought wasn't significantly better than the other types of beef compared to its price, id just stick with the short rib or ribeye pieces. The wagyu shortrib was fine, the wagyu sirloin was better. The bibimbap was decent, nothing amazing. I didn't like that they charge for kimchi and the lettuce wraps, unlike kbbq places. It ended up being $420 for 4 people after tax and tip, and this is without drinks. They charge 18% gratuity for parties of 5 or more, they counted our 1 year old as one of the 5. We came at 5 pm on a Monday and there was no wait. Overall the food was good (3/5) but knocking it down to 2/5 because of the price. $100 pp is quite steep and the yakiniku reminds me of a regular yakiniku in Japan but doesn't really stand out.
A traditional Japanese-style yakiniku restaurant with a small menu and light seasoning, but you can taste the original taste of the meat. The business is quite good and the price is not high! It feels like the kind you can come here if you suddenly want to eat roast pork.
Food was good but very very expensive for what it is. Service felt rushed- we had 3 different servers come to ask whether we’re ready to order within 5 minutes. Will probably not return due to the price.
Apart from being expensive, there are no other drawbacks.
Very good quality of meat but servers keep rushing us to order/finishing the meal so they can clear the table for next guests. We spend $180 before tips and stayed for 45min.
