Sonic Drive-in - Fountain

Despite being classified as a "fast food" establishment, this particular restaurant is anything but fast. It is actually one of the slowest in the area. I have visited this place multiple times and it is disheartening to sit in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes, only to face similarly long wait times when pulling into a parking stall. The only reason I continue to endure these delays is for the sake of my boyfriend, who is a fan of this place. Hopefully, not receiving his combo drink will teach him a lesson about the poor service here. Personally, I have no intention of returning to this establishment. The franchisee in charge of this location should be removed, as they do not seem motivated to run the business efficiently. Ultimately, this lack of effort reflects poorly on Sonic as a corporation.

This is the worst location I have ever been to. The wait times can be up to an hour, and sometimes they don't even have your order ready. The service is incredibly slow and frustrating, especially for a delivery driver.

My recent experience at this fast food restaurant was extremely disappointing. After my girlfriend underwent surgery, she was craving a grilled cheese sandwich. I ordered a grilled cheese, tots, and another burger, but everything was overcooked, cold, and the tots tasted like they were cooked in old grease. In the end, I had to throw everything away as I didn't want it to upset our stomachs. I paid $18 for what was essentially garbage.
