Mcdonald's - Fowlerville

I was waiting for my order for 30 minutes, and my order was still wrong!! Things I didn’t want on my food was still on and I was missing 2 items!!! I can’t drive there to complain and there is no way to complain on the mobile app! This is not the first time dealing with this, I will start going to a different location.

Showed up to the drive thru for 24/hr drive thru meal and there were a bunch of employees inside and none of them services the drive thru window. Ended up leaving along with several others who were waiting. Don't come here if you hungry.

It was busier that I was expecting waited a little longer the order was correct.

This is the poorest ran mcdonald's I've ever been to. No one knows what is going on in the kitchen at all. Been waiting now 20 min for food, and no one has clue what order goes where. I've been here a few times for doordash and I'm always waiting at least 10 minutes to pick them up.Update: The manager did walk by and ask if everything was okay and then I told her what was going on and she ended up refunding all my money and they got my order out right away.
