Culver's - Fox Lake

It was safe 7/10/22 at 18 o'clock, we went in the dinning room was packed and the trip thru was long. we waited for the parking lot. I saw this girl running in rain command. we came back at 7 times, people who worked harder than ever! so many people have yelled! I felt bad, but these hardworking men and women got us our food and even apologized for how disgusting the other guests were. I will definitely come back after a boat trip to make sure that they know how much their effort meant for me and my man!

Absolutely the WORSE service! If I could give less than zero Stars I would..Been to this location several time because I live local but NEVER again! Went through the drive thru just now placed my food order, girl gave me a told me to pull up my order would be brung out to me, well 10 to 15 minutes later no one came out, I finally had to go inside and was told that they gave my order to another customer even though I had number 74??REALLY????Never again, Culver's you just lost a long time customer, definitely taking my business from this day forward to your competitors.

Usually this Culver’s is good. However I went here at 7 tonight, the drive thru was jam packed, and I found not one, but two strands of hair in my food. I am sad to say I won’t be coming back for a while. Not good service either.

They give you your custard first and then you get your food 20 to 25 mins later. By the time my husband got home with my shake it was soup. Most likely not going back. Food is ok, employees not friendly and the wait time is too long.

Service has totally gone down hill, frequently mess up order, long wait. They even locked the doors on Saturday because they were soo backed up. Terrible customer service, we will drive a little further to McHenry.
