Panera Bread - Fox River Grove

Went to go get my food at this panera location. Unfortunately I didn’t like to see an employee with very long nails. She was in the bakery. For me is very unsanatary to see someone working with very long nails and touching food/bakery items. I come here often and I can not imagine her doing my food or bakery treat. Very rude service! Ordered for curb side and not ready. Why order ahead of time with urgency and not have food ready. Then told didn't have food, when I asked for refund, they asked for order number and that I have the location in correct. I DIDN'T! Only go there if you want RUDE service and incompetent people servicing you.

I don't know what's going on with Panera. I ordered the tomato soup to go, and it came with literally 5 stale small croutons. Also, they won't swap out sliced bread for the baguette anymore? They used to be able to do that. Food: 5 Service: 3
